How to Setup and Maintain Roles #

The ReveelData interface can be managed entirely by your team in a self-service manner. Here is how to create and manage user roles and permissions in the system.

  1. To access the Roles section, go to Settings > Roles & Permissions (Image 1).
  2. To edit an existing role, click the edit control for the Role, check/uncheck the boxes next to Permissions and click “Save Role” (Image 2).
  3. To create a role, click “Create Role”, name the new role, check/uncheck the boxes next to Permissions and click “Save Role” (Image 3).
  4. To delete a role, click the delete control (red trash icon) and confirm deletion

How to Setup and Maintain Users #

Here is how to create and manage users in the system.

  1. To access the Users section, go to Settings > Users.
  2. To create a user, click “Create User”, enter name, email, and role and click “Create User”. (Image 4).
  3. To edit an existing user, click the edit control for the User, edit name, email, and/or role and click “Save Changes”.
  4. To delete a user, click the delete control (red trash icon) and confirm deletion (Image 5).
